What are we looking for?
We are currently looking for energetic Sales Executives with knowledge of sales technology and business-to-business sales experience. You will convert a pipeline of warm sales leads by speeding-up their decision-making process with effective presentation skills and consistency in follow-ups and planning.
Expected impact
  • Grow MRR sales by engaging and following-up warm leads provided by lead sourcing
  • Clear, smart e-mail communication sometimes at out-of-office hours from your smartphone
  • Quick generation of offers and presentations in solid English
  • Daily video-conference meetings
  • You will forecast your sales activity and revenue achievement while creating satisfied customers
Requirements / the ideal candidate:
  • Proven experience of selling SaaS products to both SME and enterprise segment
  • Understand the decision making when an SME or an enterprise buys a SaaS service
  • Ability to plan and execute sales
  • Keen interest in product/technology altogether
  • Fluent English

What are we looking for?
We are currently looking for a Customer Success Manager who would be making sure that our several hundred paying customers are happy with Lokalise. This is not Customer Support, instead, it is more of a mix of project management and customer relationship. Do not be afraid of the number, most of them are happy enough already with an NPS of 60+, and definitely do not require daily or weekly attention, more probably, it would be monthly and quarterly. You would learn their localization processes and requirements, and find the best fit between those and the functionality of Lokalise.

We are currently looking for an SDR / BDR responsible for inbound and written outbound email and in-web texting chat communication with prospects and leads. Not only will you be answering questions and guiding potential customers on the their get-to-know-Lokalise journey, but also decide which route will it be in order to acquire a happy customer. You would be choosing between keeping the communication in emails, in-web texting chat, directing it to a Sales Executive for a video call, or just shutting up if a lead is of that type — whatever, to your best judgement, will increase a chance of a successful sales close without putting it down the customer’s throat. In the process, you would be learning about localization processes and requirements of the leads, and find the best fit between those and the functionality of Lokalise.

We are currently looking for technical writers who have superior written communication skills and a keen interest in technology’s finer details. You enjoy working at a fast pace environment and have the enthusiasm to take technical information and communicate it clearly and concisely. You will be using your writing, technical and proofreading skills on a full range of projects, how-to guides, localization tutorials, product documentation, blog articles, and case studies. The publishing space includes our own blog, the help center, as well as third-party websites.

Requirements / the ideal candidate:
  • Excellent English written skills, use of grammar and a strong command of the language
  • Be able to research, develop, write, and edit effective content with a focus on the intended audience (1+ years)
  • Be able to self-direct and prioritize assignments
  • Create and maintain a voice and tone guideline
  • Working knowledge of SEO
You'll receive special consideration if you have experience with localization / translation industry.
