Responsibilities

  • Establish a strong connection with inbound and outbound leads whom Lokalise supplies
  • Perform discovery video calls with prospects, build rapport and identify pain points
  • Going through their pains and wishes, understand where Lokalise could be a good fit
  • Communicate via emails, in-web chat, voice, and video calls
  • Meet and exceed monthly activity, pipeline, and new business metrics
  • Manage your activities using the CRM
  • Become a Lokalise expert, build an in-depth knowledge of the product.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • 1+ year of on-quota sales experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

  • Get to know customers, their organizational structure and workflows
  • Reconfirm their localization-related pains as well as marketing ambitions
  • By all means, e.g. the ones below, increase customer happiness in using Lokalise
  • Onboard new teams
  • Educate teams on new features
  • Through regular proactive and retroactive communication, understand the degree of satisfaction with Lokalise
  • Collect feedback, participate in new feature design and implementation
  • Initiate, negotiate and close renewal contracts with customers
  • Identify upsell opportunities through analyzing adoption and data
  • Manage your activities using the CRM.

  • 1+ year of experience in customer success or account management

Responsibilities

  • In general, help prospects to see how Lokalise can increase their productivity, bring down the costs and shorten time to market.
  • Taking the leads from outsourced lead generation, run email campaigns targeting already-enriched contacts
  • In outbound marketing, work with existing ideal customer profiles (ICP) as well as later, when you know Lokalise enough, come up with your own ideas who our customers might be
  • Use our numerous warm email templates and, again, come with your own creative wording
  • Deal with replies and inbound email and in-web chat requests — book demo calls for Sales Executives or just arrange free trials with Lokalise
  • Communicate via emails and in-web chat
  • Manage your activities using the CRM
  • Learn, leverage and help to improve our demand generation and sales process.

  • Demonstrate technical expertise in sales presentations, product demonstrations, customer training, technical onboarding, RFPs, and RFIs by asking educated questions and giving knowledge answers and more
  • Helping Sales and Customer Success to understand the processes, pains, needs, and wishes of prospects and customers
